Flow of event prior to AGM:

1. Please go to the 'security counter' at KLCC concourse level and leave your IC there.
2. Usher will lead you to the conference room at Level 41
3. Please proceed to the registration counter outside the conference room. There are two registration counters there; for registered members and new members who yet to register. Note that for registered members, you are to update your personal details at the counter and for new members, you are to fill in the registration form and pay RM10 for registration fee. All members will be given ballots for voting purposes.
4. Proceed to the voting counter to do the voting.
5. Insert your ballot (vote) into the ballot boxes. Note that the voting session will be closed at 2.50 pm.
6. Please proceed to the Conference Room for the AGM...................
